Wish to share general important information regarding Annual Municipal Tax on properties which comes under Pune/PCMC/Mumbai/Navi Mumbai Jurisdiction to be paid every year and the bill is generated on every March month and delivered in hard paper bill also to your property address letter box however this receiving bill is not reliable as sometimes not delivered or misplaced by the government postal department. 

Fortunately, you can find the same bill by visiting municipal corporation websites, only pre-requisite is that you must have your property tax/ cusutomer/consumer no.: 

PUNE PROPERTY TAX:

https://propertytax.punecorporation.org/OnlinePay/PROP_DUES_DETAILS.aspx (the site is self explanatory still sharing screen shot of the form to be filled as follws) 


you just need your Consumer/property Number to track it. which will be in a format of eg. O/1/20/0123456 (this is just an example so pls fill your property no. on it which you can find on your bill)

Again this property bill comes once in a year and last date without fine/interest  is 31st may of every year. if you miss to pay for previous years property tax bill then new bill will be the cumulative of all dues & interest.

How to make Payment: It is also very simple, just follow the steps on above website as you can pay online by different gateways of online payment from anywhere in the world so no need to visit any physcial place to pay.

PCMC (PIMPRI-CHINCHWAD) PROPERTY TAX: 

https://publicptax.pcmcindia.gov.in/ (the site is self explanatory still sharing screen shot of the form to be filled as follws) 


you just need your Consumer/property Number to track it. 

Again this property bill comes once in a year and last date without fine/interest  is 31st May of every year. if you miss to pay for previous years property tax bill then new bill will be the cumulative of all dues along with interest of previous upaid property tax bills.

MUMBAI (BMC) PROPERTY TAX:

https://ptaxportal.mcgm.gov.in/CitizenPortal/#/login (the site is self explanatory still sharing screen shot of the form to be filled as follws) 


*Once you click this above website, you need to SKIP first popup then press OK to kyc popup then you will see this above form to fill as per your property bill detail.

Again this property bill comes once in a year and last date without fine/interest  is 30th June of every year. if you miss to pay for previous years property tax bill then new bill will be the cumulative of all dues along with interest of previous upaid property tax bills.

NAVI MUMBAI PROPERTY TAX:

Again this property bill comes once in a year and last date without fine/interest  is 31st March of every year. if you miss to pay for previous years property tax bill then new bill will be the cumulative of all dues along with interest of previous upaid property tax bills.
