Just by the click of a button and sitting in the comfort of your homes, you can soon access the ready reckoner rates of any government or private lands in any city or village in Maharashtra. The Department of Registration and stamps has developed ‘Jio portal’. As per information, 22 districts including Pune, 400 municipal corporations have uploaded the data so far.
