Dear Friends, I am delighted to share that i am one of the candidate got passed the compulsory Maharera examination for Real estate Agents to offer, advertise & market all real estate projects in Maharashtra state, India and glad that able to get 134th rank out of 2812 passing candidates. further, wish to admit that although i am into real estate industry for almost 2 decades still it was really a knowledgeable training sessions where learnt a lot about specifics of RERA Act (Real estate Regulation & Development Act) which has been implemented in many states of India to bring transparency, accountability in Real estate sector for all stakeholders ie. Allotte (Purchaser), Promoter (Builder) & Real Estate Agent. MAHARERA currently covers all underconstrution projects in all cities of Maharashtra including Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nasik etc.... This examination along with training will regulate & bring professionalism in real estate sector. Would also like to reco
