Road Infrastructure Boost: Bypass Dorabjee Mall Bottleneck

Exciting Update on Road Connectivity in the NIBM–Undri Belt!


Delighted to share a noteworthy development in local infrastructure — the construction of a small canal bridge near LP Regency Hotel has been successfully completed. This new link now directly connects the Raheja T5/T6 tower entry gate and Raheja Circle to the road heading towards Undri, near the petrol pump.


With this connection, a straight and smooth route is now open from Anandvan and TriBeCa Highstreet to Undri. Most importantly, commuters can now bypass the previous bottleneck and steep slope near Royal Heritage Mall (Dorabjee Mall), offering a more convenient and safer drive.

This marks yet another milestone in the ongoing enhancement of road infrastructure in the area — truly adding another feather to the cap of NIBM–Undri's urban development journey.
