Greetings Friends, 

I am going to start new series of sharing summary of underconstruction/ready possession projects in prime localities of Mumbai, Pune & other major cities which will surely help a lot to prospective buyers & investors to choose best available option. this is my first such post, more will follow after it.

MAHARERA REGISTERED PROJECTS:


MAHARERA registered projects braught transparency, accountability and fairness in the real estate market in terms of buying under-construction properties. however, many homebuyers are still not aware of the process to check various project related details along with its RERA-compliance. Here, Sharing Step-by-step guide to find RERA-related details of a particular project on Maharashtra RERA’s website.

Finding project related details:

-Go to https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in/

-Under the Registration tab, click on ‘Registered Projects.’ Under ‘Search Project Details’, select ‘Registered Projects’.

-Type the name of the project and click on search. The project along with details will appear in the search results. On clicking ‘View’, homebuyers can see various details of the project including locality, project type, ongoing status and proposed completion date.

Being the most active regulatory authority across the country, the MahaRERA has not only streamlined the process but has also done a fair job at regulating the real estate sector in Maharashtra, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Daman and Diu, which has certainly boosted the buyer and investor sentiment.
