SOUTH PUNE (NIBM & Nearby Areas): Recent INFRA Push & Luxury Developments fueling New Growth Story.

My Dear Friends & Readers,  It's been sometime that i am back again to write and the reason is that recently i have shifted my office at Raheja Vistas Centrepoint located near NIBM area which comes under South of pune city & got an opportunity to notice rapid transformation and massiv developements and activities going on although i have been staying in this same location for more then 7 yeras however my work place was in magarpatta so my concentration was always either east of pune (magarpatta, kharadi & viman nagar) or west pune (aundh, baner, & hinjewadi) areas and never realized great potentials of this NIBM area location at south pune for some obvious reasons which i will explain later in this article in detail.  anyways, first, i wish to admit that i have missed lots of opportunities by ignoring this NIBM area and discovering now and examining the fact of current growth , expansion and how beautifully it's shaping however still lot to happen at this locati

Just by the click of a button and sitting in the comfort of your homes, you can soon access the ready reckoner rates of any government or private lands in any city or village in Maharashtra.  The Department of  Registration and stamps has developed ‘Jio portal’.  As per information, 22 districts including Pune, 400 municipal corporations have uploaded the data so far.  This facility will start from January 2024. As a result, citizens will get to know the re-calculator of land in different areas of different cities at a ‘click’ from their homes. What is ‘Ready Reckoner’? Also known as the circle rate , the ready reckoner rate is the minimum value at which a property transaction takes place.
