Roads are shaping now. one of the turning point is recent Road work to level steep hill of 30-40 feet near Anand Van forest trail/ Tribeca Highstreet to transform it to very smooth climb/ drive. this is really one of the engineering marvel which has changed dynamics of this super location. now, that bottleneck has been removed and roads are widening and many new roads are coming up to make the connectivity better. even metro is also coming near by Katraj area so it will also make this location more conveniently commuting to other parts of the Pune city.
